Key Responsibilities

  • •Be involved in leading the business and technical growth of the deep foundations practice locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • •Develop and drive deep foundation strategies in collaboration with specialists and market leaders.
  • •Share technical expertise across geographic boundaries to elevate innovation and project delivery.
  • •Guide multidisciplinary teams through full project life cycles — from early engagement to completion.
  • •Prepare and lead geotechnical studies and engineering reports that meaningfully influence design outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil or Geological Engineering.
  • •Registration as a P.Eng. with EGBC or eligibility to register.
  • •15+ years of experience in geotechnical or geomechanics engineering, including 5+ years in deep foundations.
  • •Expertise with geotechnical software such as Ensoft, Pile Dynamics, GeoStudio, Rocscience, and related tools.
  • •Proven ability to evaluate complex geotechnical analyses and provide high-quality technical direction.
