  • •Drive results by helping achieve store goals through providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • •Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and stay informed about beauty trends to educate clients.
  • •Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards by keeping licenses active and following health and safety protocols.
  • •Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment among staff.
  • •Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Requirements

  • •An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
