Job Summary

Lead the site’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program, ensuring compliance with company and group policies and all applicable regulations in France. Own periodic regulatory checks, corrective actions, prevention/improvement measures, audits, and HSE document updates (including the document unique). Coordinate CSSCT meetings and emergency response, identify training needs, supervise HSE practices across services and workshops, and report HSE KPIs to Operations and the Group.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and monitor the site HSE policy in line with company and group requirements, ensuring compliance by staff and external parties.
•Ensure periodic regulatory checks, manage observations/non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
•Coordinate CSSCT meetings and maintain compliance with national and EU regulations applicable to health and safety.
•Oversee daily safety tours, training and awareness for all personnel (including temporary workers), and update HSE documentation (including the document unique).
•Run internal HSE audits, manage HSE reporting for the plant and the group, coordinate emergency response (e.g., fire), and serve as the group HSE interface for audits/assurance.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in EHS/HSE in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
•Master’s level degree in HSE/QSE or an engineering degree specialized in HSE.
•Fluent French and solid English proficiency (written and spoken).
•In-depth knowledge of French health, safety and environmental regulations and experience working with relevant authorities.
•Proven experience managing projects, with experience leading people and teams considered an advantage.
