Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and monitor the site HSE policy in line with company and group requirements, ensuring compliance by staff and external parties.
  • •Ensure periodic regulatory checks, manage observations/non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Coordinate CSSCT meetings and maintain compliance with national and EU regulations applicable to health and safety.
  • •Oversee daily safety tours, training and awareness for all personnel (including temporary workers), and update HSE documentation (including the document unique).
  • •Run internal HSE audits, manage HSE reporting for the plant and the group, coordinate emergency response (e.g., fire), and serve as the group HSE interface for audits/assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in EHS/HSE in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • •Master’s level degree in HSE/QSE or an engineering degree specialized in HSE.
  • •Fluent French and solid English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • •In-depth knowledge of French health, safety and environmental regulations and experience working with relevant authorities.
  • •Proven experience managing projects, with experience leading people and teams considered an advantage.
