SIU Investigator I

Investigate claims suspected of fraud within Root’s SIU function, acting as a liaison to Claims staff on fraud training and investigation practices. Proactively review files to identify questionable claims, recommend improvements to case outcomes, and support continuous development of SIU and Claims best practices. You’ll also engage with customers, peers, vendors, and managers while building expertise in personal lines auto claims and relevant laws, statutes, and guidelines.
