Vans: Supervisor - Alderwood Mall

Lead daily store operations at a Vans retail location while partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive a best-in-class customer experience. Coach and develop associates, support merchandising and visual standards, and help maximize store profitability by monitoring sales goals and key performance indicators. Manage inventory flow across stockroom and sales floor, uphold safety and company policies, and support local community engagement and an inclusive team culture.
