Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, ensuring alignment with EPC contracts, ADNOC specifications, and KPIs.
  • •Act as the senior-most authority offshore by supervising engineers, supervisors, technicians, riggers, fitters, welders, electricians, and instrumentation teams.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute heavy lifting and marine spread operations, including review/approval of lifting studies, rigging plans, crane load charts, and deck loading checks.
  • •Oversee multidisciplinary installation and completion activities (mechanical alignment/torquing, piping fabrication/offshore spool fit-up/welding/NDT/hydrotesting/reinstatement, electrical and instrumentation installation).
  • •Ensure end-to-end compliance and readiness by enforcing ADNOC lifting/HSE requirements, reviewing QA/QC acceptance, managing punch lists, and supporting MC/RFC/RFSU with commissioning readiness and progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • •Offshore construction experience is mandatory.
  • •Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of offshore platform construction, live facility modifications, SIMOPS, and shutdown execution.
  • •ADNOC PTW & SIMOPS understanding plus compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE requirements and lifting practices.
