Support store sales by assisting with sales goals, monitoring performance against key targets, and driving productive customer engagement on the sales floor. Provide excellent in-store customer service, address customer concerns, and track customer feedback. Operate under close supervision while performing routine assignments, following standardized procedures, and escalating non-routine issues when needed.
