Job Summary

Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and end-to-end implementation for new customers, configuring the procurement/ERP product to meet requirements. You’ll train stakeholders, manage projects across multiple onboardings, and collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize requests. Key Responsibilities

•Lead onboarding for new customers and configure the product to solve their problems.
•Own end-to-end implementation for new customers, building out the customer’s processes from scratch.
•Lead training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to use the product independently.
•Proactive project management across multiple onboardings, managing requirements and tasks.
•Collaborate with product and engineering to determine which requests to support and set customer expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years’ experience in Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer relationships in a B2B SaaS company.
•Prior experience with implementation or administration of a procurement tool/ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion, Netsuite, etc.).
•Fantastic communication skills and ability to push back while keeping customers happy.
•Extreme attention to detail and proactive mindset; experience working with product and engineering teams.
