Job Summary

Configure, test, and support Kinaxis solutions for clients’ demand and supply planning needs. Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Kinaxis experts to translate requirements into functional specs, process flows, user stories, and solution designs. Build and maintain Kinaxis modules such as worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and scenario planning models, and define data integrations with enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle. Provide training and post–go-live support to drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end Kinaxis implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Kinaxis experts to ensure successful project execution.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution design artifacts.
•Configure Kinaxis modules such as worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and scenario-planning models.
•Define data integration strategies between Kinaxis and enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs, and provide training and post–go-live support.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of deep, hands-on knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse and the Maestro AI platform.
•Strong understanding of supply chain processes including supply planning, inventory management, Demand Planning, and S&OP.
•Experience with at least one end-to-end Kinaxis implementation is preferred.
•Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data transformations.
•Ability to work with large datasets, APIs, and cloud-based analytics tools.
