Job Summary

Optimize machinery and equipment uptime by leading maintenance safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a heavy equipment manufacturing environment. Build a systems-based maintenance culture using lean methods (6S, process management, TPM, standardized work) and predictive/preventive maintenance. Manage multiple projects, spare parts, vendors and contractors, and partner with site EHS to meet regulatory requirements while developing direct reports and technical capability.

•Lead safety in the Maintenance Department to prevent injuries while delivering business results.
•Drive a maintenance culture where equipment failures are preventable and uptime is a key metric.
•Improve reliability using lean tools (6S, process management, TPM, standardized work, rapid cycle improvements).
•Maximize plant uptime via an effective predictive and preventative maintenance program.
•Manage multiple projects, spare parts (identification, procurement, inventory), and vendors/contractors while developing direct reports.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate breadth and depth of technical/functional knowledge of maintenance systems, programs, services, and technology.
•Direct and supervise others; communicate effectively (verbal and written).
