Job Summary

Provide pre-sales technical support and consultancy for Very Large Enterprise customers, translating requirements into security solution design and implementation. Lead presales activities such as proposals, demos, presentations, and contribute to RFP/RFI and POC tender documents. Support solution offerings and deliver professional services and training for channels and distributors, while partnering to address customer environment, challenges, and security needs.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
•Assess customer requirements and environment, and propose security solution designs and implementation approaches.
•Conduct presales activities such as proposals, demos, and presentations for solution offerings.
•Prepare and participate in tender materials including RFPs, RFIs, and POC demos.
•Deliver professional services and training for channels and distributors.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in network security or application security.
•Experience handling big enterprise accounts, lab setup, and proof-of-concept (POC).
•Strong networking/security solutions knowledge (Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall, SDWAN, Sandboxing, UEBA, and application security).
•Experience with cloud deployment such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, or Google Cloud.
•Knowledge of SDN, orchestration or multi-vendor integrated deployment, plus hacking/exploit simulation or penetration testing.
