Job Summary

Lead a measurement ecosystem by managing high-impact marketing science partnerships and vendor relationships. Own end-to-end execution for partner portfolios, drive program integrity through contract renewals and negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Sales, and Legal. Guide research and integrations that support testing and measurement capabilities, evaluating financial and operational performance and translating insights into executive recommendations aligned with ad product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, managing operational health, support motions, and contract renewals while identifying new partnership opportunities.
•Drive measurement strategy maturity by vetting, onboarding, and managing relationships with premium research and vendor partners aligned to sales and measurement objectives.
•Act as primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders; scope, deliver, and ensure adoption of research integrations and resolve complex roadblocks.
•Assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects from inception to completion, providing executive-level recommendations to optimize delivery and streamline workflows.
•Manage technology-based integrations with measurement providers, including data pipelines, clean room implementations, and AI/ML productivity tools supporting measurement capabilities.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement, ideally within a measurement company or media owner with digital advertising background.
•Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners and drive program health and strategic revenue goals.
•Deep familiarity with the advertising measurement ecosystem, including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales lift, and methods such as MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
•Strong end-to-end track record presenting complex quantitative advertising research with understanding of ad-tech infrastructure (serving, targeting, optimization, and data flows).
•Exceptional written and oral communication to synthesize complex measurement issues for senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively to align projects.
