Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling and risk budget drawdown/retirement.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure, remaining risk budget, and conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingencies.
  • •Produce and communicate timely risk reports, lead regular risk reviews, and determine response plans while ensuring risk profiles are monitored and reported.
  • •Create and implement risk management plans and processes aligned to client requirements, and improve risk-management services end-to-end across projects/programs.
  • •Lead construction-stage contract and claims management, provide advice on disputes/resolutions, evaluate delay recovery, and support change management and cost control.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation, and techniques, including strong communication and analytical/negotiation skills.
