Key Responsibilities

  • •Support continuous improvement of specific Customer Care products, tools, or journeys to meet business and customer needs.
  • •Translate operational and customer requirements into clear product changes with guidance from Product Specialists and Product Managers.
  • •Bring frontline insight to product discussions and represent customers and advisor colleagues at a task and feature level.
  • •Monitor and report on performance of digital care tools and journeys to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and satisfaction.
  • •Support experimentation, document journey flows, and assist with rollout, adoption, and training to minimise disruption.
