Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive global unified development standards across Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, and Finishes to deliver a cohesive NVIDIA design language.
  • •Provide leadership for Campus, Tenant Improvement, and Datacenter Office projects worldwide, including initial site visits and feasibility support.
  • •Lead experimentation to identify emerging workplace trends and end-user needs, build pilot programs, and define evaluation criteria for success.
  • •Coordinate architectural drawing and design documentation reviews to ensure alignment with NVIDIA Workplace Guidelines and guide external partners on creative intent.
  • •Support budget planning for global design activities, assess budget constraints, and set priorities for value engineering on design and FF&E.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 232,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in interior design or architecture from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of professional experience in corporate workplace development.
  • •5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and Bluebeam.
  • •Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, and workplace safety standards across multiple global regions.
