Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver revenue and gross profit across 10 TMart stores and support business case preparation for new stores/kiosks and expansion.
  • •Supervise end-to-end store operations and ensure SOP adherence while coordinating rosters and time & attendance reporting.
  • •Own inventory governance including GRN, binning, stock counts, variance resolution, and loss prevention.
  • •Ensure accurate POS transactions and data integrity using the Hulexo system; oversee timely reporting of purchase/sales reports and invoices.
  • •Manage vendor spend and service delivery quality; coordinate audits and resolve customer escalations promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of retail operations experience with multi-site responsibility
  • •2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
  • •Intermediate College
  • •Familiarity with UAE food safety and retail compliance standards
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with Oracle and strong POS (e.g., Hulexo), inventory control, and retail analytics
