Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule and prepare supplies and PPE before the first patient visit.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area.
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight assessments, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Use Sprinter technology to document each patient visit and keep records accurate.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment, while managing time independently.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) (home preferred).
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
