Key Responsibilities

  • •Review assigned task cards with the Maintenance Manager to understand priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions before starting work.
  • •Perform scheduled line/base aircraft maintenance and ensure required documentation, parts, tools, and GSE are obtained and used per instructions.
  • •Carry out test and inspection tasks to identify and record defects or damage according to approved maintenance procedures, and troubleshoot/rectify defects using aircraft maintenance manuals.
  • •Sign off maintenance tasks performed or supervised within the scope of your authorisation, verifying task cards and associated documents are completed to the required standard.
  • •Manage safety and human factors for assigned maintenance tasks, coordinate with other engineers/technicians, and support operational teams with technical guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold or have held an EASA Part 66 or GCAA CAR 66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance License and the required Airbus A320/A321 approvals (commit to remove limitations within 9 months of induction).
  • •Ability to obtain an unrestricted GCAA CAR 66 B1 Category License (or equivalent from the respective civil aviation authority).
  • •2+ years of experience certifying maintenance on the Airbus A320/A321 family.
  • •5+ years of experience in a Line/Base Maintenance environment.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for technical communications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
