CV/ML/DL Algorithm Developer

Lead research, design, development, and implementation of algorithmic modules for computer vision and machine learning/deep learning in semiconductor process control. Evaluate and optimize defect detection/classification, metrology, and image analysis using classical and ML/DL approaches. Prototype solutions from literature, benchmark and profile for computational efficiency, and collaborate with compute infrastructure, software, systems, and applications teams to productize algorithms that meet specifications.
