Evaluate fitting, workmanship, and grading for seals and size sets across activewear styles sourced in Asia-Pacific. Manage sealing/size-set approvals, final measurement charts, and development-at-source packs. Provide feedback to product developers, prepare seasonal sample data, and support on-site factory meetings, with periodic factory visits to review sampling progress.

Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate fitting/workmanship/grading on sealing and size set samples for styles sourced in the FE region; support Product Development Teams in Herzo, Boston and at source on fit/product development
•Manage sealing and size set approval for fit, measurement and workmanship within the development and OPD calendar time frame
•Manage Final Measurement chart approval before bulk production
•Review development-at-source Technical Packs for accuracy and completeness prior to distribution
•Provide feedback on Technical pack accuracy/completeness and enhancements to product developers

Key Requirements

•Graduate in Textiles/Clothing or Technical Institute is preferable
•3–7 years relevant experience in Active wear or Performance Sportswear, focusing on Knit items and all types of jackets (seam-seal, laminated, down, padded)
•Working knowledge of woven and knit fabrics
•Computer skills – MS Office & pattern software; CAD knowledge is an advantage
•Good communication skills in English
