Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the annual industry events portfolio and investment strategy, deciding which events to pursue and at what scale.
  • •Set the creative vision for each activation, including environmental design, guest journey, and content direction.
  • •Lead end-to-end event logistics and serve as the on-site lead, troubleshooting in real time.
  • •Negotiate with agencies and production partners; manage sponsorship commitments to maximize visibility and value.
  • •Own event budgets and measurement, forecasting, tracking KPIs beyond attendance, and delivering post-event ROI reporting and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong vendor/agency management, contract negotiation, and end-to-end budget ownership skills.
