Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, investigate, and remediate static and missing data in the Reference Portfolio.
  • •Support reporting and due diligence activities, including replenishment proposals and coordination of legal due diligence.
  • •Manage agreed-upon procedures with accountants and oversee claim processes for defaults in the reference portfolio.
  • •Calculate quarterly investor guarantee fees and handle investor inquiries regarding CLO structure and performance.
  • •Perform NPI and sub-participation lifecycle management, including reconciliations, controls, documentation reviews, and support for closing/settlement tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid understanding of banking regulations, including capital treatments and securitisation regulations.
  • •Knowledge of credit risk mitigation techniques (securitisations, credit insurance, credit derivatives) and loan products.
  • •Background in Banking/Structured Finance, Markets, or Credit Portfolio Management, with strong quantitative skills.
  • •Ability to work on complex Excel files and build financial models.
  • •Desirable knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Power Apps, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
