Job Summary

Lead generative and evaluative user research for internal design and product teams, using learning loops and design thinking to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points. Create strategic research plans, execute qualitative and quantitative studies (including AI-augmented approaches), and synthesize findings into actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research into product strategy, roadmaps, and design decisions while strengthening the research practice.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in user research focused on generative and foundational research across the research continuum (generative to evaluative).
•Proven experience conducting and analyzing user research using both traditional and AI-augmented methods.
•Ability to translate user research insights into business-relevant guiding principles and opportunities.
•Strong understanding of design thinking principles and the ability to lead effective workshops.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
