  • •Provide proactive and strategic leadership for the scientific discipline and project work to achieve deliverables within the business sector.
  • •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex safety-related site characterization and licensing projects, including execution strategies, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and subcontractor management plans.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local environmental laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, earned value, change management, subcontract administration, and profitability objectives.
  • •Support business development by contributing to proposal strategy, scope development, estimating, interviewing, and client account growth.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years managing engineering or construction projects larger than $5 million.
  • •10+ years of engineering experience in a corporate environment.
  • •3+ years supporting licensing, design, or construction of nuclear power facilities.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • •Demonstrated experience with project planning, critical path scheduling, risk identification/mitigation, and execution management for technically complex engineering projects.
