Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead governance strategy: Develop and implement an enterprise governance framework that aligns business processes and enabling technologies, with direct oversight of the S/4HANA transformation across seven operating companies.
•Oversee process and solution alignment: Drive harmonization of business processes and technology platforms, ensuring alignment to S/4HANA standards and enabling scalable, consistent operations across jurisdictions.
•Align governance roadmaps with business goals: Translate corporate and S/4HANA program objectives into actionable governance roadmaps, ensuring alignment across business units, IT, and implementation partners.
•Manage and mentor governance teams: Lead cross-functional governance forums and Design Authority, providing direction and stewardship to ensure consistent decision-making and execution across the program.
•Foster cross-functional collaboration: Partner across IT, Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Customer Experience teams to deliver integrated process and technology outcomes aligned to S/4HANA implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 213,000 annually
