Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process with outbound calls and by identifying needs or opportunities, fulfilling requests or referring clients to specialists.
