Job Summary

Own logistics procurement for TikTok Shop’s Europe local fulfillment network, covering first-mile, line-haul, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. Negotiate and benchmark logistics partners to optimize total fulfillment cost and service quality, and build procurement strategies and resource plans for annual and quarterly needs. Partner cross-functionally to execute contracts, update rates, onboard suppliers, and monitor performance, while using data (Excel/BI) to drive ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead procurement for TikTok Shop Europe local fulfillment logistics, including supplier selection, benchmarking, and commercial negotiation.
•Continuously optimize fulfillment cost and service quality by selecting high-performing logistics partners and improving pricing mechanisms.
•Develop annual and quarterly procurement strategies and resource plans based on e-commerce business models and regional growth trends.
•Maintain relationships with logistics service providers and drive capacity planning and service enhancement during peak seasons and promotions.
•Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance on contract execution, rate updates, supplier onboarding, and fulfillment process optimization.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related fields.
•5+ years in logistics procurement, fulfillment operations, e-commerce supply chain, or related business development, ideally with e-commerce/platform operations exposure.
•Strong understanding of the e-commerce fulfillment lifecycle (inbound, storage, sorting, line-haul, last-mile) and associated cost structures.
•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to independently lead complex procurement initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
•High written and oral proficiency in Chinese to accurately interpret contracts and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
