Team Lead, Market Operations

Lead daily operations for a local Carvana hub, owning market launch, logistics, consumer branding, and overall customer success. Coach and develop a team of Customer Advocates through hiring, onboarding, training, performance check-ins, and goal setting. Monitor and present regular reports to upper management, resolve complex customer-facing issues, and continuously improve both the customer and Advocate experience while jumping in to support the team when needed.
