Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for the OneNTT Platform and associated innovation capabilities.
  • •Lead global Platform Engineering for platform architecture, modernization, and lifecycle management.
  • •Drive innovation in generative AI, automation, intelligent operations, and emerging cloud technologies.
  • •Lead and develop a globally distributed organization of more than 500 professionals, including executive-level leaders and directors.
  • •Establish operational metrics, governance frameworks, and performance management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Executive leadership experience leading large-scale global technology, platform engineering, cloud, or innovation organizations.
  • •Proven success developing and executing enterprise platform strategies that drive business transformation and operational scale.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more areas including Cloud Strategy, Platform Engineering, Automation, AI/Generative AI, Digital Engineering, or Technology Innovation.
  • •Experience leading large, globally distributed teams through complex transformation initiatives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
