Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and execute the Europe EV charging infrastructure strategy aligned to Eaton’s global roadmap and regional market opportunities.
  • •Partner across Eaton business units for Power Distribution and balance of system to deliver comprehensive, differentiated customer solutions.
  • •Build pipelines and drive revenue growth and market expansion through scalable go-to-market strategies and market development initiatives.
  • •Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships across the EV ecosystem, including ChargePoint.
  • •Inspire, develop, and scale a high-performing regional team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience in electrification, energy, EV infrastructure, or related industries.
  • •Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strong business results.
  • •Strong understanding of the European EV charging ecosystem, including regulatory environment and market dynamics.
  • •Experience with EV charging technologies (AC/DC infrastructure, energy management, grid integration) and building strategic partnerships.
