Key Responsibilities

•Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
•Analyze data to inform product decisions, features, and enhancements; maintain product strategy aligned with company goals.
•Define and manage the product roadmap, including features, milestones, and timelines.
•Create product requirements and user stories, and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through release and optimization.
•Plan product launches with marketing and sales, track KPIs, prepare stakeholder reports, and continuously improve using user feedback.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management, project management, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
•Proficiency with project management and product tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
•Strong knowledge of SQL and data-driven decision-making; experience with Google Analytics or Tableau.
•Familiarity with payment scheme standards such as ISO8583 and ISO20022 (highly advantageous), and proven experience in payment and card processing (essential).
