Scala Backend Developer

Develop and maintain server-side applications for mission-critical Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities. Build robust, scalable RESTful APIs and implement business logic using Scala and Java, supporting efficient data processing and distributed systems. Work with Git, Maven, and SQL databases, write unit tests, and participate in architecture, performance optimization, design reviews, integration, and testing. Provide mentorship to junior team members while meeting Public Trust clearance requirements.
