Key Responsibilities

  • •Create varied and nutritional menus in line with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
  • •Put forward ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience that helps residents feel at home.
  • •Train and manage the kitchen team across prepping, cooking and serving food.
  • •Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, and manage budgets, orders and deliveries.
  • •Cater for special events and seasonal activities as required.
