Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product strategy and 12–18 month roadmap for workforce management capabilities such as timekeeping. Partner with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and IT to define needs, design and implement solutions, and ensure alignment with growth objectives and compliance requirements. Drive discovery with employees and leaders, translate complex labor and government contracting rules into user-friendly workflows, and use AI-powered analytics to prototype, monitor adoption, and maintain audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end product strategy for workforce management solutions such as timekeeping.
•Define and execute a 12–18 month product roadmap through continuous stakeholder engagement and prioritization.
•Serve as primary product owner, running discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners across People, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
•Translate compliance requirements into user-friendly interfaces and partner with engineering to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Monitor performance, adoption, and data quality metrics; create documentation/training and ensure audit readiness for government compliance requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management (or program management) experience.
•Ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize roadmaps in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
•Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills to challenge assumptions and reimagine solutions.
•Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies with 5,000 to 20,000+ employees.
•Strong data analysis skills and comfort using analytics tools, including AI-powered analytics and design tools to prototype and test solutions.
