Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and execute bond and bank loan trade settlements with 100% accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • •Perform cash & asset reconciliation for a portfolio of CDO/CLO transactions and generate accurate Daily Cash Reports (Actual vs Expected).
  • •Investigate and resolve exceptions/discrepancies, including transactional and portfolio-related issues.
  • •Process Broadly Syndicated Loan trades from trade ticket to settlement/payment request stage and oversee automated trade settlement processes.
  • •Receive and review bond/securities tickets and loan trade documents, liaise with clients and internal operations to settle within agreed timelines, and support monthly investor reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 1–2 years of experience in Financial Services, including cash reconciliations/settlements or a relatable Operations Analyst role.
  • •Preferably knowledge of fixed income, debt, loans, or derivatives, with interest in entering the CLO market (CLO experience/theoretical knowledge a benefit).
  • •Strong numeracy and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client-centric approach.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and relationship-building across teams.
