Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to quality standards.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; manage integrated schedules and budget performance.
  • •Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; manage scope changes through formal change control.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Planning, Logistics) and drive project actions to closure.
  • •Manage risks (risk registers, risk review meetings, recovery plans) and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements; prepare status reports for management and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • •5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or process environment.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.
  • •Experience with capital equipment, production systems, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
