Job Summary

Implement and support enterprise platform enhancements primarily within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Build Power Apps, plugins/workflows, and PCF components; configure Field Service (including dispatch, Copilot, and Canvas offline/online) and contribute to related portals. Extend adjacent commerce/OMS/portal stacks such as HCL Commerce, Magento, Sterling OMS/ViM/Configurator, and Liferay via API integrations and UI adjustments. Follow CI/CD, write unit/integration tests, document changes, and fix routine defects.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and support platform features and enhancements under guidance, primarily on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
•Build Power Apps, basic plugins/workflows, PCF components, and perform customizations such as solutions, forms, entities, and relationships.
•Configure and extend Field Service (D365 Service/Case), assist with Dispatch & RSO, support Copilot features, and develop Canvas apps (offline/online) and related portals.
•Support extensions for HCL Commerce/Magento, Sterling OMS/ViM/Configurator, and Liferay, including API integrations and UI adjustments.
•Follow CI/CD processes for deployments to NON-PRO and PRO, create unit/integration tests and deployment notes, document changes, conduct code reviews, and resolve routine defects.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years (typically 3 years) professional experience on enterprise platforms.
•Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps, plugins/workflows, PCF components, and core customizations.
•Experience with Field Service (RSO basics, Canvas offline/online, portals) and at least one adjacent platform (HCL Commerce, Magento, Sterling, or Liferay).
•Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub and CI/CD promotion to NON-PRO and PRO environments.
•Strong documentation and collaboration skills, including participating in code reviews and resolving defects.
