Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues by pulling data for root cause and corrective action on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery; when required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain the service vehicle.
