Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn concepts, prototypes, and business needs into shared-service products and infrastructure, defining opportunity, success metrics, and path to production.
  • •Identify opportunities where central builds beat local builds or licensed tools, partnering with engineering on build/buy/wrap decisions.
  • •Partner and communicate with leaders to publish AI roadmaps and report progress, cost, and risk to senior leadership.
  • •Track product success using adoption, task success rate, inference cost per unit, latency, and quality regression.
  • •Develop AI governance with Take-Two, Security, 2K Data, and 2K Trust & Safety, ensuring auditable model usage and compliant output handling.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product management track record, including taking AI or machine learning products from concept into production use by real customers.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of production AI systems with accountability for availability, cost, and output quality over time.
  • •Practical fluency with modern AI application patterns, including retrieval, evaluation, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and guardrails.
  • •Experience owning platform or infrastructure products with broad internal customer bases and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • •Ability to distill technical tradeoffs into clear decisions for engineering teams and non-technical executives.
