Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of production support for Velocity (microservices) and EDMS, ensuring stability, uptime, and reliability.
  • •Lead proactive system health monitoring, investigate recurring issues, and drive permanent fixes with technical teams.
  • •Manage incident, problem, and service-request resolution within agreed SLAs, including documentation of incidents, RCA reports, and knowledge articles.
  • •Coordinate with business users, product owners, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve complex production issues and manage expectations.
  • •Ensure production support activities comply with regulatory controls, audit requirements, and internal risk guidelines; identify risks and mitigation steps.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of hands-on application production support for Java microservices and ReactJS applications.
  • •Exposure to BAU production support with strong focus on system stability, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Experience working in shift-based or on-call support models to ensure SLA adherence.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of Java Spring Boot microservices and ReactJS running on Kubernetes.
  • •Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes in production environments.
