Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate safety-first behavior, complete risk assessments and quality handback forms, and comply with QSHE and engineering standards.
  • •Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to equipment breakdowns to ensure safe, reliable plant operation.
  • •Diagnose faults, test, repair, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical equipment, using plant knowledge to prioritise work.
  • •Maintain engineering records and update systems in line with procedures, including SAP, Change Control, and SCADA; observe and report defects and potential failures.
  • •Support continuous improvement: identify opportunities, work with production and cross-functional teams, liaise with OEMs/suppliers for technical assistance, and maintain 5S standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical, instrumentation, or related engineering trade qualification (Diploma/Degree).
  • •Strong instrumentation background with electrical multi-skilling.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills across instrumentation, control, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance best practices and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
