Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the IBP process continues to deliver to the Progressive standard through PMR, DMR, SR, and MBR for GC/NEA Cluster markets.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate the monthly IBP process across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, and Logistics to deliver service, inventory, forecast accuracy/bias, NSV, innovation, and cost savings.
  • •Lead the meeting cadence within the IBP cycle and weekly S&OE meetings; eliminate parallel processes that hinder effectiveness.
  • •Manage the monthly reconciliation cycle by tasking development and alignment of key decisions and gap-closing scenarios; integrate finance to deliver a single business plan.
  • •Deliver key IBP performance metrics and executive-ready insights, including root-cause analysis, recommendations, and scenario planning to influence business plan changes.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in broad-based supply chain planning and demand forecasting experience in a CPG company
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience working in IBP/S&OP (including S&OE) and first-hand planning experience
  • •Practical experience of Demand Analytics to analyze demand performance, trends, and the impact of marketing and sales activity (including pricing)
  • •Demonstrated ability to work with senior business leadership and facilitate change management for IBP adoption using Diageo principles
  • •Very strong analytical skills with critical thinking and robust problem-solving ability
