Job Summary

Work with the People & Organization team to advise clients on building strong organizations. Shape strategies and concepts for organizational development and transformation, including Target Operating Model design, overhead efficiency and shared services, workforce management, and people strategy. Lead (sub-)projects to translate concepts into practical structures, processes, and skills, combining strong analytical thinking with hands-on delivery and clear communication across all corporate levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise clients on building high-performing organizations across strategy and organizational development topics.
•Develop and implement comprehensive strategies and concepts with clients to further evolve their organization.
•Support clients in defining targeted measures to establish future-oriented structures, processes, and skills.
•Lead (sub-)projects focused on transformation initiatives such as Target Operating Model design, overhead efficiency, and shared services.
•Communicate securely and clearly with stakeholders at all levels of a company and drive implementation orientation.

Key Requirements

•Excellent degree from a university or international business school.
•At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
•Experience leading (sub-)projects, ideally in organizational development and efficiency improvement.
•Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, goal-oriented working style.
•Very good German and English skills.
