Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of Room Operations, including rooms performance, profitability, and revenue generation.
  • •Ensure service programs are in place and executed, and that teams are trained on the Forbes program points.
  • •Provide real-time feedback to management and hourly associates on service and operational standards; support coaching via ReviewPro scores and comments.
  • •Create lines of responsibility for the management team and ensure coverage and oversight throughout the day and night.
  • •Measure, analyze, and communicate property performance using financial and non-financial data; review revenue management reports and participate in strategy meetings.

  • •Bachelor's Degree.
