•Operates kitchen equipment accurately and ensures high-quality ingredients are measured correctly.
•Tastes and evaluates foods before serving; consults with Chefs if there are concerns.
•Organizes work areas, coolers and storage, sets up for meals and coordinates with servers to ensure timely service.
