Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepares and garnishes all food orders in accordance with menu specifications under the guidance of the Chef.
  • •Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees; uses and follows recipes and adjusts recipes accurately.
  • •Operates kitchen equipment accurately and ensures high-quality ingredients are measured correctly.
  • •Tastes and evaluates foods before serving; consults with Chefs if there are concerns.
  • •Organizes work areas, coolers and storage, sets up for meals and coordinates with servers to ensure timely service.
