Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect accounts receivable by aligning collections to a customer portfolio and managing invoice status communication.
  • •Perform proactive pre-collection for near-due invoices and communicate account statements to customers.
  • •Collect past-due invoices, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely future payments.
  • •Manage customer account reconciliations, investigate payment discrepancies, and issue customer sales adjustments per agreements.
  • •Apply customer payments and offsets, manage credit-blocked orders, and participate in projects to improve working capital and automation.
