Maintenance Mechanic I

Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and building systems, and assist the Maintenance Department with machine and building repairs. Maintain equipment by following operating manuals and manufacturer specifications, including woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts. Order parts and supplies, keep records of repairs and maintenance activities, follow safety procedures, and support safety and continuous improvement programs.
