Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling, drawdown of risk budget, and assessment of remaining risk exposure.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels and deliver comprehensive QCRA/QSRA processes.
  • •Develop risk management plans and processes, run regular risk reviews, and identify responses while ensuring risk profiles are monitored and reported.
  • •Produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status, and support proactive improvement of risk management services for the client.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, strategic dispute advice, and final account settlement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation techniques, and strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
