Cafeteria/Thrift Store Lead

Lead day-to-day operations of the site cafeteria and employee thrift store, ensuring safe food handling, cleanliness, accurate inventory, and reliable financial controls. Manage cash handling and point-of-sale activity, coordinate with external vendors, and maintain audit-ready compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA/safety, and company policies. Provide hands-on support during peak times, lead and schedule a small team, and drive an inclusive, customer-focused employee experience.
