Key Responsibilities

•Enter clinic schedules into the scheduling system module after approvals and handle schedule modifications requests.
•Maintain physicians’ privileges tracker and initiate/update physicians’ privileges for newly hired doctors and ongoing clinical privileges forms.
•Gather feedback from doctors and share it with management as part of the Medical Team communication channel.
•Coordinate and facilitate doctors’ onboarding and ensure alignment between departments while following policies and procedures.
•Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate execution of post-consultation services requests from the digital clinic.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (education related to healthcare preferred).
•Strong command of computer technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Strong communication skills.
•Be punctual and provide extra support where needed.
